Is there an AI Feature or a place to put generic responses?
Very easy to use and instant messaging for the store.
Excellent App interface for quick real-time responses to customer enquiries at your fingertips no matter where you are on the go.
So any new potential leads or sales are not lost by being able to beat the competition to satisfy your customers questions in an instant.
We like it because it is easy to understand and operate.
It does a great job, the only thing I am missing is some kind of archive for older communication.
Have been using it for over 2 years, and have had no problems so far. Does what it is meant to.

This may be a good app, I may be able to add that when I figure out how to use it. An app without detailed instructions is USELESS and I am shocked at the absolute lack of instruction for setup, bad navigation, and how customers are supposed to somehow just figure this out. This is true of my entire shopify experience but they are not alone, most providers today seem to think that developing a next gen solution should not include instructions on how to use it.
This app makes it easier to stay in touch with the customer and possibly even engage them. It is a great tool that can convert curious visitors into customers. It is good that you also receive e-mails that there are unanswered messages, so that you do not miss responding to customers
