Works well as a messaging service EXCEPT from the security of the app and zero protection from scammers and fake email use. Spammers can use fake emails to send messages and leave you endless spam and there is no way to stop them, leaving you sifting through spam to find your genuine customers.
The app needs an email verification system or an IP blocking capability to make it more secure. Because of this huge flaw, I give it a 1 star review.
it's more proper and efficient to chat with clients
This app centralized and consolidates your specific business customer received emails and associates them directly to the store, through your regular business gmail account. It saves you space, and it maintains historical email from the customer.
I love the appropriate option for an AI reply. It was right on the money!
