I like that it allows video files, wish it were able to be longer than 59 seconds, but still a good feature!

Easy to use, good AI capability with excellent pre-filled suggested answers to questions.

Cons - notifications are poor. You do get a "ping" on desktop that you can easily miss. A constant ring until answered would be better. If it wasn't for the notification on my watch, I would miss lots of customer queries. Also, poor synchronisation with iOS mobile & tablet which show closed conversations as still open.

L'app è molto intuitiva e facile da configurare, permettendomi di rispondere rapidamente alle domande dei clienti direttamente dal mio smartphone o computer. La possibilità di integrare anche le chat di Facebook Messenger e SMS è davvero comoda e centralizza tutte le comunicazioni in un unico posto. La funzione di risposte rapide e i messaggi predefiniti mi aiutano a risparmiare tempo nelle conversazioni più frequenti. Consiglio vivamente questa app a chiunque gestisca un negozio online e desideri migliorare la comunicazione con i clienti in modo semplice ed efficiente!
