For an app that's free, it's extremely good. there are ofcoure a lot of things that can be improved, but overall great experience
Shopify Inbox! It's like that friend who shows up to the party, instantly makes everything easier, and somehow manages to charm everyone. Super easy to set up—like assembling a LEGO set with just five pieces! I swear I blinked and it was ready to go.

The app works really well, I can answer via desktop or mobile to help customers with any questions, it has helped to secure purchases that may otherwise have been lost.
I love the generated AI text, it makes life so much easier, specially when receiving "offers" for website checkup for potential issues. That AI knows how to reply back in a flick denying those offers. I absolutely love it!!!
