A great and quick Live Chat app to help current customers or bring new customers to your store. I do wish there were some features, such as a Search Feature (to find certain names or keywords) and a Bulk Close/Delete (to bulk close lots of old chats, instead of having to manually click each one)
This would be great if I didn't get so many SPAM MESSAGES FROM Nigeria. I have reached out to Tech Support several times and they say there's no resolution you can even report it as spam your choices are uninstall the app, block, or go to another website that ISNT shopify "all we can provide you with is the option to block specific countries through the Hura website-Shopify agent"
good one specially it is free for the very new business, I like it and I advise every one to download it
