I used this app as it allowed the flexibility for us to designate our delivery postcodes as we couldn't shop to the whole of the UK to begin with. The app is fantastically flexible and has been a dream to allow us to target the UK regions we support, and ensure that anyone who orders from us is within our shopping zones. Further to that, the support has been fantastic, polite, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend it enough!

Awesome app. Super flexible. Amazing what you can do -- found new money for my store immediately.
I use this app to run our shipping methods, the setup was a breeze given some of the complex issues of creating rules, etc. The support we got was five star, if we had an issue it was resolved within 24 hrs and we can go on working, these guys know their stuff and most of all are patient and understanding. BEST shipping app with the best support. Setting up shipping methods can be complicated, but their team goes above and beyond to help. Paul was able to guide me through exactly what we needed to set up, and has been extremely patient and responsive every time I reach out to him with a question or issue. 100% recommend.
We hired them to set up the shipping for our store and honestly, they were absolutely fantastic. The app is working good and their knowledge is top notch. They are very accomodating and always happy to help and answer questions. Great company and people. I'd definately recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend this app and the team that comes along with it. Support and white glove service helped me through my complex shipping rules and it has been running without issue. This is the shipping rate app that does it all.
