I was very happy to find the Intuitive Shipping app as our shipping costs were very different between different products and countries. I booked a demo for installation and Michael went through the whole app with me and helped installing it. After running some tests and adjusting some small things myself it worked perfectly! Very happy that we are now working with the correct shipping rates on our website! Thanks again Michael!

Great concept, and does everything i needed, well sometimes it did. definitely has some bugs and issues. but the biggest problem is the customer service. you cant get in touch with anyone over the phone, by email only and they dont respond quick. i constantly had customers tell me they cant checkout even though they are within the "rules/settings". and there is nobody to give you any help. I switched to "shipping and delivery shipzip" and it works great with amazing customer service.

I reviewed the support history on your account, and our team responded to all inquiries promptly. I can see we also followed up to verify the issue was resolved or if you had any additional questions or concerns, which unfortunately, you never replied to. We would have appreciated the opportunity to assist you further, though we can only assist when we know we are needed.

We used to offer call-in support but switched to call bookings a few years ago. The high volume of merchants we onboard lead to sometimes hour-long hold times that weren’t respectful of our clients’ busy schedules. Call bookings ensure a reserved time slot is available for our clients and gives our team a chance to review their requirements ahead of time to ensure the most efficient use of time. I notice you utilized this service and I would appreciate feedback on how it could have worked better for you.

Regarding bugs in the app, my understanding of the issues you were experiencing is that they were due to the configuration instructions not being implemented as per our guidance. Intuitive Shipping is an extraordinarily powerful app that processes millions of shipping calculations a day and is trusted by some of the world’s largest retail brands. We do take any claim of there being a bug in the app seriously, so if I’m incorrect in my understanding of the circumstances after reviewing your ticket history, please let me know.

Again, I apologize that you did not enjoy your experience with Intuitive Shipping.

Very customizable app. Was able to group # of items per shipping container, and automatically charge for a second container if more items were purchased. Able to set different conditions for different product types. Support has been amazing, pre- and post-purchase. Highly recommend

From start to finish, I am COMPLETELY blown away by Intuitive Shipping! First let me say...it's so CRAZY to me that with as advanced (and "expensive") as Shopify is that they haven't developed a way for users to create shipping scenarios right within the app. I guess that's a good thing for app developers, but I digress. I needed help with getting some shipping settings together after launching two new products on my store. The guys at Intuitive Shipping (Hey Greg and Paul) literally saved my butt! The customer service was on POINT. They delivered fast. They broke down how to use the app. I could go on and on and on! Simply put: I am 100% happy with my decision to add them to my store and will be referring them to others who I know could benefit from this app. TRULY impressed (and GRATEFUL). Wish I could give you TEN stars! You guys rock!!

Intuitiva (hace honor a su nombre) y funcional. Tiene algunas limitaciones que esperamos que puedan solucionar en el más corto plazo; sin embargo, para nosotros es la herramienta más completa en el tema de shipping de todas las que hemos probado en Shopify.

Customer support has responded to me within an hour each time I've asked a question. Their app documentation is also really good.

I was able to build the exact shipping scenarios for my carrier accounts through Intuitive's interface AND test all of it for free on my own schedule with their amazing test mode feature.

If you want to collect exact shipping charges for all of your shipping zones and create specific rules for users based on tags as well this app will get it done.

I've used this app on two shopify sites, both with very different mailing set-ups. On both occasions the support team in Canada went out of their way to help and make the set-up as painless as possible.
