This app is awesome and does exactly what they say it does. I use it every day to print invoices in store because it covers Invoice, Quotes, Credit Notes & Pro Forma Invoices. I especially love the automatic invoice feature that automatically sends out a proper invoice for orders that are placed online and even gives the option to place a link to download an invoice in the order conformation email. Their customer service is also on point. These guys built a solid product which they stand behind, therefore I do not hesitate to recommend the Invoice Falcon app.

I have been using this app for about 6 months on 4 of my stores, and it has worked really well so far. I haven't had any bugs or problems, and the support team has been quick to reply to my questions. Just now I wanted to sell one of my stores, so I had to export several thousands of invoices for my accounting. I thought that was a really hard and tedious task in the past, since I have been exporting all of my invoices in 25 invoice batches (per page). I asked them if there was a faster option to export my invoices, and it turns out, you just have to select a time frame, and can literally export all of your invoices with one click. So yeah, definitely give them a try, their app is worth it, and they have a free plan anyways.

I found this app really good as you get free plan (up till 50 invoices monthly) which is very important for small business. Also all invoice fields can be renamed which is crucial feature for non English countries. In almost 3 years there was only one issue I encountered, but support was very helpfull and fixed that quickly.

I recommend this app for billing. It allowed me to automate my customer billing but also to integrate sharing links as free e-book to download for my clients. And all this for free when I used previously a paid application and not least! so happy! To finish the support is very reactive, it is they who helped me to put this up in 10 minutes! Do not hesitate to use it!

This company earned 5 star rating, 100%. The team is responsive and as up front about any limitations or flexibilities that exist based on the constraints of the Shopify Platform. I vetted maybe 3 or 4 invoice solutions before I went with Falcon. Use the free trial and you'll probably stick around. If they get it incorporated with the POS checkout, then that would be a game changer. For now you can drop the tile app and use it as a work around. Very happy with the work they did to help customize my needs and grateful I found them on the APP store, keep it up guys!

This app is very easy to use, has a great user interface & generates really clean, professional looking invoices in a matter of seconds.

For a digital download store, the invoices do have a lot of information you might not necessarily need but this can be removed very easily with the exception of the shipping rates.

Top level customer service as well, very helpful indeed. Thank you for the great app!

Great app, We use it for 3 Shopify stores. Helpdesk is very friendly and quick with reply. Definitely would recommend.
