iPacky | Pick, Pack & Fulfill

iPacky has made our warehouse so much more organized and has made pulling and packing orders efficient! The metafield bin locations and barcode scanning has made pulling orders much easier with less chance of human error. David did an onboarding call with us to help set everything up and gave us tons of great tips for how to use iPacky. The support is always very responsive and helpful with answering any questions we have. Highly recommend!

we have been using the app for over 8 months now and extremly happy with it - the support always replies very promptly (very helpful when setting up the app) and there are constantly updates that add new features and improve the app. We highly recommend this app!

Good for small business packing needs of scanning items to ensure order correctness. Helpful tool that allows multi-order picking into multiple containers as well.

the app really is a great idea, but poorly executed in many ways. I love being able to scan orders and save them as my items usually arrived in multiple shipments, but they dont save 9/10x, even when id pull up an order i just scanned. i contacted their CS and was told different answers, that made zero sense or didnt even apply to what issues ive been having. the order printing tab used to "save" what orders were already printed, but now it no longer does that either. So i have to remember what order # i last printed to or theres duplicate slips printed. Again, CS lacked in a fix on this. Basically gaslight you into thinking it never worked that way previously. Fees + app cost is very high and they dont even make it clear to you that youll be charged fees. Truly is a bummer since the app has a lot of potential if theyd fix these 2 issues and improve their CS. On the look out for an app that can save orders as partially fulfilled until ready for shipment, and correctly marks orders as printed under packing lists.

The app works as it should and I haven't had any issues with its functionality. My only thought is the UI is a little hard to look at, and if they designed it in a way that was similar to the already familiar Shopify UI, it would be perfect.

While the app has really been working out for us with regard to keeping track of who is packing orders and what is being packed, one thing that we really found helpful was the customer service. We talked with the developer personally and gave him our feedback regarding a particular feature and he made accommodations for us. We really appreciate this and are thankful for iPacky in general. This app has helped to streamline our productivity and our communication amongst our staff and it is appreciated.

Recommend this app very highly. Been using its since Feb 2023. If you are picking, packing and shipping in your business this app is CRITICAL. It will streamline your operations and save you time and significantly eliminate simple errors that any of us can make. It is so well thought out and covers EVERY angle with so many features. There are some additional ones that would not normally be expected that add further value. . It is very obvious that David has run a shopify store before he embarked on this project. This app shows that he is a subject matter expert in order fulfillment, from order receipt to customer delivery.

We have been using Shopify since 2016 and this app is the easiest we have used adding significant value and cost reductions. FAQs and the videos that support it are superb with great detail in layman's terms. For the little help that we did need David was always on hand. When we had been using the app for 2 months we had a 30 mins video call with David just to ensure we were getting full benefit from the app.

We are super happy with this app. I am sure it has WAY more functionality than what we need, but it has reduced our fulfillment errors to basically zero on a thousand orders.
