When things work, they’re great (as you would expect any business to be). The problems arise when things go wrong. We’ve done literally thousands of orders over the last few years with JetPrint largely without issue and would be happy to have given them 4 stars. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FEATURE SINCE APRIL 2024. FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. THE APP WAS JUST UPGRADED AND ITS DISAPPOINTING THAT THIS WASN'T ADDRESSED.

FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. ALSO IF MORE SELECTIONS CAN BE ADDED FOR KIDS SUCH AS AIR FORCE 1 AND JORDAN SHOES THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!
