NEW UPDATE: Back to 1 star for JetPrint. It’s Christmas and 5 blankets arrived too small (ordered 60x80”, came 57”x77”, 3 “ shorter in length and width than usual) AND the designs were squished in from the sides, very clearly evident with circular images looking drastically oval. I provided photos and videos of the warped designs and size error and I’m being told the designs are “normal”, that the errors are “not the fault of the factory”, and that they “can’t be remade”. Even with side-by-side images of the warped blankets and the original blanket design. Absolutely unacceptable.

UPDATE: I am updating my review from a 1 to a 3 as JetPrint has finally responded and is issuing replacement blankets for those that arrived in the wrong size. Jennifer was kind and courteous and, though it was a delayed response, she was helpful. Will update my review again once the replacement items are received in good order. Original Review: Customer service is obviously not a priority for JetPrint. I've ordered multiples of the XL fleece blanket ((78.7 x 59.1 inches) and they are arriving in the Youth size (55.1 x 43.3 inches). I have attempted to contact JetPrint twice and have not heard back. My customers have paid for these items and are requesting replacements and/or their money back. I can't offer them either of these until JetPrint refunds the orders or informs me they are replacing the items with the correct size.

they provide the worst customer service ever, never responds to messages and if they do it takes 2-4 wks. I have orders that my customer never received the product. To have such a good product, I'm extremely disappointed in the service!!!!

I have really been enjoying this app! It's actually become a bit of an addiction now, as I love working with designs! The only thing I don't like about the experience so far is the continual asking for a review from me after I already gave one. (This had 5 stars until now!) There should be an option, once a review has already been given, to stop that window from showing up so often. Do this and I'll put it back to 5 stars again.

I love Jetprint! It's the best print on demand app I've ever used. It has so many products to choose from, and the quality is amazing. The app is easy to use and integrates well with my online store. I can create and sell my own designs in minutes. Jetprint is fast, reliable, and affordable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start or grow their own online business.

I can only give 2 stars for now, because I have not been able to try the app in my store yet. Before I can try to give the app a try, I am getting pop-ups telling me to rate, without getting the chance to try the app. I will give a better honest rating when I am able to utilize the app, and see if it is as good as it claims to be. Please allow rating editing so that I may update my rating after trying the app in store.

I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I very nearly gave up on Shopify as I didn't want to sell crappy products that my customers would be disappointed with. I couldn't find anything with value unless it was tshirts which I didn't want to sell. I stumbled across JetPrint and I cannot recommend this enough. Products are super high quality, the design software is easy peasy and simple. The mockup and importing is CRAZY - They include the information chart (material, fasten type etc) in the description for you so you don't have to copy over and waste precious time. I am SO EXCITED to start selling my products. Thank you so much JetPrint - you've made my entire year! Only one thing - please make some more wonderful watches for me to sell!!!

Love all the options for footwear and home and living items. Had one minor hiccup and the customer service was by far amazing. Jennifer from Partnership Management company was outstanding and had my issue fixed immediately. Thank you!
