i love this app so far. visit my site www.caninesworld.com to see how it would let costumer connect with you and get a better idea. Haven't try costumer support yet so i can't say anything from that side but definitely try it.

This is the best Live Chat app I've tried on Shopify, and have tried most of them.
Has all the needed features for less per month than other apps.
Great, fast customer service too.
Nothing negative to say.

One of the best chat apps out there and I have tried a few. Easy to use and install and works great.

The best thing it has done for our business is to help engage our customers easier and will definitely assist in increasing our sales.

I love this app! As a new shop owner it'd important for me to be able to communicate with my customers but I had no coding experience. This app is really easy to install and to customize. I was up and chatting in no time. Sweet!

I love the app easy to install and people can reach you by email, messenger & call. I personally uninstall because when I sent me a message besides getting a notification and being able to reply fast I had to log in. I should of ask for support but idk why that didn't cross my head. So yeah give it a try. App awsome.
