I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Felix. He helped me with a connection issue that I did not even know existed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly.
It’s so nice to have an app that actually has a support team there when you need them. Too often, getting help with an app can mean waiting forever for a response or trying to figure everything out on your own, but that was not my experience with Judge.me. Felix was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
What impressed me most was that he didn’t just answer my question—he identified an issue I wasn’t aware of and helped get it resolved. this is by far the best review app. it has lots of integrations, very good UI, great features, always being updated with more features, and the best of all the customer service is 100%. I always get connected to a human no matter what the time. Thats important to me because when I reach out to CS that means there is some problem that needs to be fixed not tomorrow, not in a few hours - right now. I just wish they continued developing on other platforms so I can use them on all of my websites!
Brian (The Brain) was fantastic at helping me integrate the Judge.me app into my website. I am not a website builder by any means, and he quickly made all the adjustments I needed to make the app work exactly how I wanted it to. I just started using the app, but it already looks like it has every element I need for how I want to use it.
