Excellent support team. They're always online and respond quickly.

I have had some trouble with customer complaints, though. Sometimes when customers leave a review, they use a nickname that hides their first and last name. However, for some odd reason, Judge.me will (in some cases) still use their first and last name. I believe it has something to do with the customer clicking on a Judge.me email and their name being revealed through that. I was not satisfied with Judge.me's answers to my questions on this issue, and there wasn't a real solution.

The representative that helped me today was great! However, I don't understood how some customers say they didn't get the email nor read it. But in the status it says 'customer read email'.
