Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've been using Judge.me for over 3 years now. I have rarely had to reach out for support as the setup is easy to follow. The few times I have had to reach out, support has been great and quickly helped me resolve the issues I had.

I love Judge.me. I have been using it for at least 5 years. The app is easy to use, has some amazing integrations for my product pages, and builds a lot of trust for my customers. The customer service team is knowledgeable and quick to help me add a new section or troubeshoot an issue. I highly recommend Judge.me.

Most easy and customer friendly review app out there. Been using it for years and it's being updated and improved constantly.

Great app. Works well, lots of widget and display options.. Just overall seamless and easy to collect reviews with. No complaints..

And for the price, probably hard to beat this app, honestly. Judgeme offers as much as some of the big names at a fraction the cost.

Support replies almost instantly via chat and very quick to help with whatever, so that's really appreciated and a strong positive.

Excellent support, stellar tool that has really helped me build my business without having to manage too many hats. I've been using them since I had woocommerce and it was a no brainer to continue using them when I switched to Shopify.

Great support as always. We've been using Judge.me since 2017 and all our stores have relied upon it to deliver a great customer UI/UX.

I have used judge.me for years and they have been consistently solid without fail. My developer added CSP restrictions and Lorenzo was able to go into my store, identify the issue blocking my reviews and tell me exactly what to share with the developer so he can whitelist the apps I use so they can go back to functioning the way they should. This isn't info that every support person knows EXCEPT for judge.me support. I've never had a bad experience and most of my issues over the years have been user-related. lol A BIG THANKS TO LORENZO for helping me get to the bottom of what was broken with my reviews. - vacationgrabs

I used this app for years, and then I tried switching to another one because it promised to do so much. Long story short, I came back to Judge.me. It works better. The free version is great, but I'm upgrading because of the benefits at such a reasonable price.
