Judge.me Product Reviews App

The app works well. Might be a little expensive for smaller business, but who can afford to ignore reviews... The support makes it worth it tho. Binh and Abraão to name only them gave us an incredible assistance — Fast & efficient.

Binh particularly, who jumped ahead of the AI Agent, and came in the chat proactively with knowledge and solutions. Great job Binh, this is what customer service and tech support should be.

Great app and even better support. Sebastian helped me sort out a widget issue on our reviews page fast and was patient the whole way through. Does everything we need for collecting and displaying reviews.

Recently, I switched from Loox to Judge.me. Thank you for offering a free plan and a generous Awesome plan. It has helped me worry less about rising app subscription costs. I also noticed that most of the features I used in Loox were already available in Judge.me’s free plan.

Recommended by Shopify Sidekick, I installed Judge.me to collect product reviews for my bestsellers. Support was excellent, they immediately switched off the generic reviews as requested. My legacy theme needed a little HTML editing, but they guided me through it clearly and made the installation easy. Thank you!

Good experience so far, does exactly what it says on the tin. Was able to import old reviews with little or no issues. It’s sending out review requests fine and responses are published without problems. I’m using the free version so far.

I had some technical issues that I was un able to resolve thought the Judge.me app interface with Shopify...I contacted them through chat, worked with the AI bot first, when I had exhausted that avenue, I requested a live person chat, it was immediate and the experience was excellent and I was able to resolve all of my issues and concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Their reviews and verified reviews system is great for customer satisfaction and trust. Also, I dealt with a live agent named Yassine, and that individual was superb!

Judge.me offers many useful features and integrates very well with Shopify. The review widgets look clean, are easy to customize, and the automatic review request emails are especially helpful. I recently needed assistance, and the support advisor was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. Excellent app and great customer service!

Exceptional real human service :) I use it for 5 shops now, we integrated all the reviews throughout all 5 shops and now we have proven or International sales. The app has more capabilities than I could imagen. I am sorry for not reveling those earlier.
