I have dealt with many customer support teams across many different platforms, but this experience genuinely exceeded even a five-star rating.

I contacted support at around 1:00 a.m. because I was facing a serious and fairly complex issue. The AI assistant immediately recognized that the matter required human support and quickly connected me with a live support agent. Marina responded within approximately three minutes and started working on the problem immediately.

What impressed me most was not only the speed, but the quality of the communication. While she was investigating the issue, Marina kept me informed and regularly let me know that she was still working on it and where things stood. I was never left wondering whether my case had been forgotten.

Despite the complexity of the problem, it was resolved professionally and correctly in roughly ten minutes. The entire experience was exceptionally efficient.

What makes this support stand out is the combination of speed, professionalism, precision and genuine kindness. Even in the middle of the night, I was not simply given an automated response telling me to wait for days. I received real human assistance almost immediately from someone who took responsibility for the issue and handled it extremely well.

I have communicated with many customer service teams over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best support experiences I have had.

There were technical problems I had, that luckily only affected 3 customers but looked bad on behalf of my business.

Agent was helpful in fixing the issue reported. As far as the app goes, this has been an ongoing issue which I have experienced everytime the theme updates. It would be nice to have Judge me fixed it once and for all instead of getting help from support everytime. Also nice to have a lower paid version instead of the 15 USD as not all businesses can afford it.

Support is always active and really look like want to help, but always mess up something in my theme.
Edit widget colour becomes an issue where I have my buy buttons gone. Fix one issue and the other unrelated issue pops out.
I had weird colours, I had widget background spread all over the product page, I had buy buttons gone.

Found this app looking for a simple review platform for our site. So far setup has been straight forwards and support has been excellent for the few questions and fixes we've required. Features appear to be plentiful and well thought out. Hopefully it continues to impress.

A perfect app to drive reviews, very easy to build credibility and trust. The backend is also very intuitive. The most important piece, the customer support, for once I felt it was a BOT for a chat like replies to mail but very specific replies for complex scenarios proved otherwise. Overall, really happy with the app.
