Judge.me Product Reviews App

Works great, I love the settings for censoring certain words. It emails my customers automatically and also won't email them more than twice if I ask it not to. I have collected over 100 reviews in the first month. This is a great value for the cost

if I could put 0 stars, I would do it, I dont know how this app has 5 stars, I swear I tried many review apps for years of experience, and the worst of them is this app, for doing a simple task which takes 1 minute in any other app, it takes 1 day in judge, and asking a lot of questions in AI to find a solution for a simple task, if you dont trust me, try it yourself.

Really great app. I am moving from Etsy to Shopify so I'm so glad to be able to have my real Etsy reviews show up on my shopify store to build buyer trust. Customer service within the app is also extremely helpful.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Felix. He helped me with a connection issue that I did not even know existed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly.

It’s so nice to have an app that actually has a support team there when you need them. Too often, getting help with an app can mean waiting forever for a response or trying to figure everything out on your own, but that was not my experience with Judge.me. Felix was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

this is by far the best review app. it has lots of integrations, very good UI, great features, always being updated with more features, and the best of all the customer service is 100%. I always get connected to a human no matter what the time. Thats important to me because when I reach out to CS that means there is some problem that needs to be fixed not tomorrow, not in a few hours - right now. I just wish they continued developing on other platforms so I can use them on all of my websites!

Brian (The Brain) was fantastic at helping me integrate the Judge.me app into my website. I am not a website builder by any means, and he quickly made all the adjustments I needed to make the app work exactly how I wanted it to. I just started using the app, but it already looks like it has every element I need for how I want to use it.
If you're a small business and don't have the time or finances to jump through all the hoops Google puts up, this is a good start to get your customer reviews up where they can be seen!

Yassine was extremely patient and helpful. He investigated the problem with my legacy email template, set up the new Smart Email template, updated my branding colour and made sure the test email reached my inbox. This is a great review app. The best one I've used. I wanted to highlight specific reviews for my homepage. I couldn't figure out how to do it. Brian walked me through the first part and then he finished everything else on his end. It took minutes. Download this app. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support! The support team was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. Good product. Decent customer support. Can be a bit buggy and have had issues with duplicates. Had an import apparently looping and just importing reviews for a few months with out us knowing.

But other than that - does the job for a good price.
