Judge.me Product Reviews App

Excellent customer service, at all hours of the day or night. They helped me sort out a few issues that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own. I was initially on the free plan, but some recent changes to the rules of Shopify required me to upgrade to the $15/mo premium plan, and I was hesitant at first but ultimately decided it was money well spent because of their exceptional customer service - thanks, Felix!!

Just reactivated the app now that I started to ramp up my shop again. Excellent service as always! Love that I had all the old reviews and I can continue where I stopped last year.

Juge.me supports everything we could ask of a review platform. We had an issue where bots had left hundreds of bogus reviews that had tanked our ratings. Their team responded quickly and helped me get rid of the bot reviews restoring our rating!

JudgeMe is awesome! We've used it for a few years already. The app is continously improving, style editing and flow is highly configurable and the app blends really well into our site. Features to request reviews, and to incentivize reviews, also work really well and we manage to collect a decent amount of reviews continously. The importance of reviews cannot be understated and JudgeMe has become an important asset for our busuiness. JudgeMe is a strong recommend for anyone considering a review feature on their site!

I like the app. I love the way it sends out review requests and that I can give incentives for people to review products. Some of the widgets are a little too large/clunky for my preferences, but that may just be that I am not proficient at customizing them (user error).

Today I utilized the chat feature and the tech on the other end was very responsive, helpful, and patient. I really appreciate that because I'm a small business owner doing all the things. When I finally have time to work on something, it's nice to have help in the moment.

We love using Judge.me for our store. Multi-language functionality is straightforward to configure for international audiences, and the support team always provides timely, helpful assistance whenever we encounter issues.

This is an amazing app for automating the review-seeking process and gives you great attractive ways to feature and display those reviews, too. I'm not a super technical person, but this was incredibly easy to set up and get running in a short amount of time, gives you a ton of options to make it work perfectly for your specific needs, and it just runs quietly and takes care of itself, I don't really have to worry about it.

The one time I had to contact support (because I broke something in my DNS, that's on me lol) they were SO helpful, I got an initial answer literally within a couple minutes, and when that person had to escalate to someone else, they were also in touch crazy fast and had my issue fixed in no time at all. And that's as a free user! I couldn't be more impressed with both the function of the app and the team behind it.

Love this app. Just wish that when an existing customer reviews on the web and not directly from the automated email to leave a review, that it automatically detects that the email and customer matches to mark it as a "verified" customer. Several customers leave reviews on our web rather than the automated email so this has happened frequently.
