The app interface has improved, but some functions are still difficult to locate. A search feature would greatly assist users in finding what they need. Additionally, some widgets may not work properly at times, so it’s important to check them periodically. Furthermore, the design of the review section could be enhanced to appear more professional.

Great app. Works well, lots of widget and display options.. Just overall seamless and easy to collect reviews with. No complaints..

And for the price, probably hard to beat this app, honestly. Judgeme offers as much as some of the big names at a fraction the cost.

Support replies almost instantly via chat and very quick to help with whatever, so that's really appreciated and a strong positive.

Judge.me is really easy to use and works perfectly! Whenever I had an issue, their support assistant responded quickly and helped me solve it right away. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to collect customer reviews!

When I first signed up, the reviews were pretty basic -- but it was exactlu what I needed for social proof on my site.

But now, they're rolling out so many updates, bells, and whistles that I can't even keep up with them.

Stop looking - you don't need anything else to collect reviews.

I've used JudgeMe now for a number of years. Any issues I've encountered over the years (largely due to theme changes or tweaks in design) are always swiftly responded to with dedicated support. If you are looking for a solid review app that is user friendly and comes with real customer support then you cant go wrong with Judgeme.

Easy to install and integrate with shop. Nice dashboard that shows recent reviews and is easy to navigate. Plus integrates with my loyalty program. Very happy with this app.

I wasn't expecting to get human help but Van jumped on my AI chat right away to provide assistance. It was a very great experience and very helpful compared to other apps.

Judge.me makes it super easy to get google compliant reviews. The email reminders are awesome, and support is quick to help if needed.

I've used this app for a few years now. I have no complaints. I just recently came into some glitches and Soulaimane fixed it faster than I added new product. Five stars! Great app and customer service.
