Using the free plan I recently have experienced some issues in form of design flaws with the widget provided by judge.me.
I then proceeded to try fix it by myself.
Apparently the company has automated a process that was helping me a lot.
So while having the judge.me app opened on my shopify a pop up window showed up with real customer service clerk.
I was able to communicate my issues that I was facing at that time and the support was able to manage to fix my problems (Thank you, Soufiane).
It was just great customer service!
All in all the app is quite distributed and well known and established and very easy to set up.
Totally recommend it!

Judge.me is an excellent review app with great features and ease of use. Their customer support is outstanding—Binh responded very quickly and efficiently, resolving our issue in no time. Highly recommend this app to any merchant looking for a reliable and effective review system!

The Judge.me Product Reviews App is truly excellent! During my usage, I encountered quite a few issues, but fortunately, the customer service team was perfect. They're always online and respond incredibly quickly, answering my questions right away, which is extremely convenient. What's more, the customer service representatives are highly professional. Throughout our communication, they remained patient and friendly, helping me solve problems without getting the least bit impatient. Such a great service experience is really rare among other apps. I wholeheartedly recommend this app to other merchants!

The support team of Judgeme are SUPER ROCK STARS. Long gone is phone support. Using a chat box, back and forth requires patience on both sides. I had a complicated request which required a few days of back and forth, making changes and undoing previous changes. The support team was extremely patient. Their app is very powerful and the support I received was extremely competent (which is rare IMO). Too often, chat support is covered by inexperienced support but the Judgeme support is an exception. I highly recommend the product and their support.

We had an issue with our reviews showing on the front end because of a coding error. Faisal, the Judge.me representative was able to efficiently and effectively find a solution. Bottom line: listened, responded and followed-through quickly.

App is well designed for getting customers to leave product reviews. It's fairly user-friendly, both for e-commerce managers and for customers themselves. The app is fairly seamless for reviews coming from your online store, since customer name and email are already collected. It gets more complicated if you do a lot of POS sales, where customer info isn't often collected. Then when customers leave reviews, they need to enter an email address and respond to a verification email which is sent when reviews are coming from a QR code or not linked to an online purchase. We're also satisfied with support, which is both prompt and good at resolving issues.

After a year of using judge.me on the free plan we changed to the awesome plan.
Thanks to the free version we had a good start and because of shop size we could not really add extra costs at the beginning. but because we grew the last year and also had good feedback through the reviews we got, thanks to judge.me we now go the next step to build out our review system even more.

Judge.me is very easy to set up and use. I had no issues migrating reviews from our old system over to this app. The emails seem to be working well, as we've had a huge uptick in the number of reviews received. One customer complained about the emails requesting reviews, but there is thankfully a function to put that customer on a list to NOT receive emails. Problem solved! We are currently using the free version, but I expect we will upgrade to the paid version this summer so we can ramp up reviews before the holiday season. Great app. Nothing but good things to say!

I've been using the Judge.me app on my store, and it's been a great addition! The app is easy to set up, and I love how seamlessly it collects and displays customer reviews on my product pages. It adds trust and social proof, which is so important for growing a small business. The customization options are also really helpful for keeping everything on brand.
