I have always recieved prompt, courteous assitance from Judge.me whenever I have had to reach out to them. When the app was initially installed by a (fired) developer it was not configured correctly and we could not understand why we weren't receiving ANY reviews. Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!
