I have been using the app for a few days so it's very recent. But so far I love it and the support people are super helpful and super responsive.

I only started with this app today on our shopify site and it is absolutely brilliant. Quickly upgraded to the paid plan as I soon realised I wanted the All Review page on my site albeit the free version has plenty of great features. I had a slight glitch getting the all reviews page to show correctly and eventually thought I would try the chat feature in the app. 20.00 at night thought I would be lucky to get any help there.. but no, Casianno came straight back to me and within 10 minutes had sorted the problem for me. Fantastic product and amazing customer service!
