I only started with this app today on our shopify site and it is absolutely brilliant. Quickly upgraded to the paid plan as I soon realised I wanted the All Review page on my site albeit the free version has plenty of great features. I had a slight glitch getting the all reviews page to show correctly and eventually thought I would try the chat feature in the app. 20.00 at night thought I would be lucky to get any help there.. but no, Casianno came straight back to me and within 10 minutes had sorted the problem for me. Fantastic product and amazing customer service!
We've only just installed the app, but so far very happy with the interface and functionality! Also the tech support from Abraão has been fantastic, he went out of his way to assist. Look forward to using this app to its full potential. Thanks!
