So far, so good! Easy integration and the slight issue I had, as if by magic someone in the live chat called Soufiane could see I had a problem with an import. Before I even had the chance to sort the issue they had fixed it for me. Excellent service and a brilliant app!
I am very new to everything Shopify has to offer and when it came time to set up an app to allow customers to create reviews on my shop I was very glad I chose Judge.me. I reached out with one quick question and ended up getting help with some other things I was not aware I needed to do yet. The help was quick and it was effortless on my part. I am looking forward to my shop opening so I can see this new review process go live.
Great support, they are very helpful and quick in their replies. The app is also great, easy to understand and use. I got up and running in about 1 hour and am already collecting reviews from old customers. Great support by Abderrahman
A little tricky to navigate but very powerful app. You get a lot in the free plan, but I did have to upgrade to the paid plan so that I could send review requests to past customers. That being said, the free plan is still full of enough features for a small business. Customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and able to confidently resolve issues.
