This is one of the easiest to use Shopify apps I've ever added to our store. I needed to transfer some reviews from an old product listing we had to a new one and their support team was able to help me through that process in a matter of minutes.
I'm still getting familiar with the app, and so far, it's been a great experience. What truly stands out for me is the exceptional customer service. Jess from the support team was amazing—she not only helped me navigate the app but also made sure I fully understood how everything works. Her quick responses and in-depth knowledge were impressive. Highly recommend this app to anyone considering it!

This is a really comprehensive app that can do a lot of things for your online business. During setup, we experienced a slight issue with star ratings showing twice (due to previous app). 5 minutes talking with Leandro on new year's eve and it was fixed - thank you so much.

Judge.me is easy to use. You don't need to be a tech expert to figure out how to set everything up. However, I highly recommend using their support chat. Their customer service is superb. I used the chat support to ask question about paid options. One of their representatives, Ron, answered my question within seconds and, without me asking, pointed out the options I had forgotten to enable. He even offered to activate them for me, which really surprised me. 5+ stars, well deserved!
