I have installed the app and let it do it's magic. I do get reviews automatically for the products sold both online and instore if the customer has left an email address. But I have not ventured into the more advanced awsome version as I feel I need to be in the zone to look at it, which is not now.
I asked a question & they were able to provide a solution within 5 minutes! no problems at all.
