Judge.me Product Reviews App

We are really enjoying Judge.me. It integrates perfectly with the back end of our shopify page and allows us to choose when to send review requests, and makes it easy to review, manage and publish reviews right to the website quickly with just a few clicks. It's a big time saver!!

I love this app! Integrating it with my store was very easy and quick. I can customize the review emails, which is great for keeping my brand's style. The automation of review requests has saved me a lot of time and increased customer feedback.

Reviews are now more visible, which has helped build trust and increase sales. Additionally, customer support is excellent. Fátima from the support team helped me a lot with all my questions, even on a Sunday! Exceptional service.

In summary, Judge.me is an incredible tool for managing reviews. I highly recommend it!

VICTOR helped solve an issue quickly. Judge.me is not without its own bugs, but its priced fairly and works. When it doesn't work, you can start a chat with them and they respond. If you need something fancier, it exists, but this one works fine for the basic small business.

Having Felix from Judje.me helping me with something I couldn't figure out was great!! He was so fast and also friendly.

I'm brand new to JudgeMe, so still getting used to the platform, but what I can say is that I'm blown away by the customer service so far. It's so refreshing to have help in real time.

There has ALWAYS been someone who answers my questions right away.

No crazy AI bots trying to act human or an autoresponder reply saying how important my questions and business are and they'll get back to me in 3 business days.

So grateful for an app that actually has old-school customer support.
