Needed help getting the widgets placed onto my website because i couldn't figure it out. Reached out to chat support and they got on it right away and installed it all for me. Great to see customer service like that!

For all those about to (or already having to) leave shopify's simple, yet effective (and free) reviews app. I had the "joy" of going through about 10 different apps of all levels of quality and trialling them against our specific needs of being able to do automatic / dynamic discount coupons after review. Handling different ways to show off the reviews. Managing the reviews. Enabling easy review collection. Judge.me has come out on top for us. We're happy with it so far. Good service on chat. A few little little things we would want to see in there - but - overall - for $15 it's covering all the bases well. Save yourself the time looking for a free version (even though these guys do have that option). Grab Judge.me - can recommend.

Hoang was great he helped me a ton! Quick and easy

Ron was super super helpful in assisting me with setting up. I'm very new to Shopify so he gave me the steps to set everything up myself as I was a bit hesitant to give him access to my store. He showed me tricks to use the app to the fullest that I would never have found on my own and he even checked in to make sure I was doing everything right. Not to mention he gave me a free trial run to the awesome plan, wow! Customer service is A1 even on the free plan. Highly recommend! - A Happy Customer :D

I am beyond satisfied with their support. I had some trouble setting up the app, but Ron helped me with everything. He even customized the star colors and created an email template with the logo"He went out of his way to support me so well. Honestly, when I first saw the message in the chat box, I thought it was AI (even it said "I'm a human") and was not expecting it at all but they did a perfect job. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this app and the support it offers.
