As an e-commerce store owner, I've tried various review platforms, but Judge.me has absolutely blown me away with its ease of use, robust features, and exceptional customer support.

Best part, assuming I'm understanding things correctly, they'll automatically send customers an email whenever they make a purchase. That's what prompted me to upgrade.

I am a novice seller. When I encounter problems, the customer service analyzes my store in detail, provides suggestions and trials, and I feel very at ease.

Easy setup, and messages can also be conveniently localized into the required languages. In the store, reviews can be arranged in various ways on the website using widgets, and elements can be customized to match the brand. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly. The template editor could have more options to better align emails with brand guidelines.
