I am new to judge.me and had a ton of questions with getting my reviews pushed to social media. I reached out via chat, and was able to work with a live human, which I really appreciate. Han was amazing, she resolved my issues and helped me get back to running my business.
This is my first time using it. I needed to talk to support. They were able to walk me through the process and help me set it up. Once we were done, I was able to view the review part on my page. It's one more step to helping my page look more professional. Thank you for offering a great product and great support!

It is a very good app, the free version can meet my needs, although I did not use the paid version, but the customer service still quickly solved some of my problems.
Easy to use. Support staff are extremely helpful if you are new to all of this and require assistance. Can't recommend highly enough.
