Great app, easy to set up! I wanted to add the reviews to the "reviews" tab on my theme to make things tidier, and Felix was able to add it for me in just a couple minutes. Super customer service!

Ok, so this team they have assembled is amazing. Thanh helped me out, and got me up and running despite running an older version that lacked the ability to run the options correctly. Souleiman helped me fix the colour scheme of my reviews app. He went over and beyond and gave great explanations of why he would do certain things. Could not recommend it more. Amazing work

Support is awesome, so nice, detailed and effective.

The setup was straightforward, and the platform is very easy to use! It would be awesome to have a 'delete' option for reviews, especially for practice ones created to see how they appear on the site. Right now, you can only hide reviews, which can make the folder a little cluttered with both published and hidden reviews. When sending review requests manually, they have to be sent individually, though clients who check out from the site receive all reviews in one email. It would be great if I could send multiple reviews in a single email to customers who made in-person purchases.
