I am new to Shopify and Judge.me Product. Abraao immediately noticed I submitted a CSV file with Judge.me reviews and reached out to me for any questions or concerns. The first and second attempt, I kept receiving an error message "We couldn't find the product with this product_url." Abraao provided me a work around. The third attempt it worked. Abraao was helpful and taught me a few things to be successful in on these apps. Thank you!
I am new to Shopify and starting up my store, I have tried the free version and am happy with the experience so far. I will continue to use it and decide if I want to upgrade to the paid version.
Installed the app on my brand new store and managed to import my reviews, everything seems to be working perfectly fine so far!
