I have been happy with my experience using the Judge.Me app on my shopify site. Been using it for over a year now. It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use. The customer service has also been very helpful and prompt when I do have questions. Been considering upgrading to the paid version for some upgraded features, mainly to have my reviews transferred over to Google shopping but currently just have been using the free version. Does what it says on the box! Pretty worry free, though the initial setup seems daunting it's all pretty self explanatory. Their support was helpful too (once you get past the awful chatbot).
