Love this app! Super easy to navigate and if you have any questions the customer support is amazing!
I was stuck on the setup, kept getting errors, but on the chat Jess helped me out in just a few minutes. She even customised the color of their widget to match our site. Great service As far as using the app I haven't done this yet, but will soon send out review request to all our previous clients, which seems easy to do.
