Recently switched from another review app to Judge.me and instantly had a better experience. It felt like we were getting hardly any reviews before and now our reviews are feeling more consistent. Support has always been there to help us whenever we needed some custom modifications, big thanks to Thanh for her help as well. Don't get sucked into expensive review apps like we did, Judge.me is the best.
Ron went above and beyond by adding in the necessary code to add the judge me widget to my online store. He even stylised the colours to match my store theme and then he made up a review request email for me to send to customers AND set up the review carousel in my store. I highly recommend judge.me product reviews app, this is outstanding customer service!
