Ron was my service manager and did a great job on the 1v1 QA. So, I am gonna give him five stars for offering thoughtful advice and diligent follow-ups. Judge.me is pretty decent in terms of its service offerings and pricing, I would like to recommend this app to other store owners.

I had a little problem with the app, but Mohamed helped me to solve it completely, thank you very much, I've been using this app for 4 years and I'm very happy with it, they are dedicated and always optimizing the updates!
The app is overly complicated to the point where I couldn’t set it up myself. The tutorial and help sections contain expired links, and the person assisting me ended up messing up my store theme. They couldn’t fix the carousel or the star ratings on the product page either.
This has been the worst Shopify app experience I’ve ever had. It’s frustrating how such a simple concept could be executed so poorly and made unnecessarily complex. I wasted three hours on this and got nowhere.
