Support (worked with Mohamed) is great and deals with issues quickly.
This is a simple, effective Reviews platform at a price which you can't argue with. We tried a couple of other options which were either too complicated, or too expensive with too many bugs. Judge.me just works, and their support is virtually instant. Highly recommend.
Andrew has been the best online support I have ever received. He's answered me very quickly every time, hasn't given me standard replies and has solved everything like a charm.
I wish all online agents were at least half as good as he has been.
