The support was amazing ... my issue was not a problem with the software, just customers posting reviews against the wrong product codes. Qualid handled this for me over the online chat in minutes. Highly recommend for simplicity of this tool and the great customer service.

We faced significant challenges while integrating Judge.me widgets into our theme. The process was plagued by bugs, requiring us to repeatedly explain the same issue to different chat support agents, which was both time-consuming and frustrating. Unfortunately, after nearly a month of setup, we still didn’t receive a satisfactory solution. Some of the support advisors were rude and not very helpful.
To make matters worse, on the day of our planned launch, we discovered that the 4,000+ reviews we had collected over 5 years couldn't be displayed on Google Shopping due to policy restrictions. This was a major dealbreaker, as Google Shopping visibility was essential for us. Ultimately, we decided not to move forward with Judge.me as our review app. Disappointed with the entire experience.
