Hello, guys... I am just a beginner here and facing troubling issues with setting up the review stars and widget,i tried for hours still couldn't figure it out but finally i reached the customer support and thanks to god and the support team they were so active and helpful they did put the widgets and everything set up for me and completed it for free and with kind word's... Best service from a shopify app I have ever had. Helped with every problem I had, and responded so fast.
The process of importing Etsy reviews using their JSON file was quite time-consuming, as each file contained 2,000 reviews with no option to reduce the number of reviews per file.
We also encountered difficulties in efficiently importing the reviews and assigning them to the corresponding products. The process required me to keep the page open throughout the import and assignment steps. If the page was accidentally closed or refreshed, I had to restart the entire process from the beginning which was quite frustrating.
Daniel from Judge.me provided exceptional support! He quickly helped me set up the Review Carousel and ensured everything was working smoothly. His friendly and efficient assistance made a big difference. Highly recommend Judge.me's customer service!
