"I recently cancelled my Judge.mesubscription, but I'm still being charged. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, but haven't received a resolution yet. It's frustrating to continue being billed for a service I no longer use. I hope this issue gets resolved soon."

Very help! Quick and thorough. I explained what I wanted done and it took no time.
Great app overall. However some buttons on the product review widget are not removeable such as "Read More", or the review filters (which removable but the checkbox does not have any effect.
Very responsive with customer service and helping to get reviews to display on the website. We've been using these guys for years and have loved them.
