Great responsive customer service. As a solopreneur, I need all the help I can get and they provide it.

So far my only experience with the app is with the technical support, which has been amazing! I was given expert help with the set up of the widget on my website and it took all the pain out of dealing with it myself. Very happy with the service I received.

Judge.me is easy to use, and while the free tier plan has bare bones functionality, it still does what it's supposed to, and does it well. If you really want to customize your outgoing emails, or integrate with plugins like Smile.io for rewarding customers with incentives to leave reviews, you'll have to upgrade.

Abraão was super helpful on support. Quick, knowledgeable, and even did some updates for me on the backend that I couldn't figure out. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing app, integrated easily with my shopify website and I started getting reviews right away in fact I seem to wake up to a good review each morning! It's not only good for customers it is good for my morale!
Displays well and very adaptable to ant change of design required.
Customer service is excellent too, definitely recommend

"I recently cancelled my Judge.mesubscription, but I'm still being charged. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, but haven't received a resolution yet. It's frustrating to continue being billed for a service I no longer use. I hope this issue gets resolved soon."
