Love that the app is easy to use and easy for our customers to use. It also provides prompts for later once customers have had a chance to try their products to leave a review, which fosters trust, reliability and brand recognition for our business.
Je suis très satisfaite de cette application, j'utilise la version gratuite qui est vraiment très bien pour toutes les options qu'elle propose, je la trouve même plus complète qu'une application payante que j'utilisais avant (sans version gratuite). J'en suis très contente, de plus, on peut transférer automatiquement tout nos anciens avis très rapidement et facilement.
De plus le service client est génial, j'ai été aidée par Oualid qui a passé du temps sur mon problème et a effectué un travail de qualité !
