Installed the app, easy to install follow the instructions. I did contact support to ask a few questions, and I got Ron, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to resolve my queries right away.

Shortly after I downloaded the app, I had a lot of questions. A chat window popped up from Ron asking if I needed any help. I needed alot of help getting started!!! Oh my goodness, creating a new website and all the components is a bit overwhelming. Ron was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me step by step instructions for the tasks I was trying to complete. He gave such excellent information with screenshots - I have been referring back to all week as I was trying to set up my reviews in Shopify. Thank you Ron! You are awesome!!!
I was stumbling around trying to figure out how to install to my Shopify and Brian popped up in the app chat and did the install for me. Perfect timing and what an amazing experience with a REAL HUMAN! So thankful for his help! I now have several hundred reviews imported from my Etsy shop with photos and all - yay!

I just started using it, but Brian was wonderful when install had a bit of a hiccup. He was prompt, and helped me troubleshoot the issue. Quick responses, quick resolution. For that alone, I recommend this app.
