I was having trouble installing the app properly. I used the chat function, and was able to communicate with an associate. They were able to install the app and offered a 15 day trial period on the plan.

I'm currently using the free version and I'm very satisfied with the tool. There are many great solutions for collecting feedback and widgets for attractively presenting them on the website. Additionally, big thanks to the support team who helped me when I had issues with settings for other language masks. I recommend it! :)
