there customer support is really good
After installing the app, a pop up chat offered me a hand to set the app. The agent helping me is Abraão, he did an excellent job to quickly set the app, arranging the widget and make sure everything looked nice according to my website style and branding. He sent me screenshots here and there guiding me through some questions I had.
I've just started my business so this kind of basic help is very much appreciated. It saved me time and frustration with the overwhelming amount of tasks I have to do. A plus for Abraão is his kindness and patience with a beginner. :)
I think it's an excellent app. I like how it looks in my store. I'm happy.
