Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've been using the free version for about 3 years and just upgraded to the paid plan. I cannot fault this app (both plans) and the support is available 24/7 which I completely appreciate in an app. The best reviews app around. Thanks for a great app and amazing support!!

Our integration of Judge.me has been seamless. Seeing the valuable feedback from our customers not only helps to promote our products to others, but also helps us to understand what customers are looking for in our technology. I also just discovered that we can use Judge.me to solicit reviews on other platforms. This is a great app!

After building my Shopify store website myself (huge achievement for me!) choosing an app to collate reviews for my crafting business was the next big step.

Lots of research and reading other peoples reviews later, I decided to go with the free plan! And I'm very pleased with the results and professional look it adds to my website.
I've even been able to bring my Etsy reviews over without using and paying for another app, which was more than suitable for me.

The automated emails to customers kindly asking for reviews along with the notifications you get when someone leaves one means you can just get on with running your business.

I had to reach out to the support team yesterday and again 5 stars for the very quick help and support I received!

I am by no means tech savvy, so if I can get to grips and love the results anyone can!

This app is fantastic! Since I downloaded it, my reviews have increased, and I really appreciate the ability to add photos—something my previous app lacked. Additionally, the customer service is fast and efficient! I've contacted them a couple of times, and they always respond quickly to resolve my issues. Just today (Black Friday), I reached out for help, and the representative Cassiano assisted me in less than five minutes, which exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer!

This is a good review app that's reasonably easy to work straight out of the box. I had one issue with my reviewers' names being very slightly cut off and support was on to it incredibly fast. Good app with very good support that doesn't mess about.

The Judge.me app is incredibly user-friendly and looks fantastic on the site. On the very rare occasion that I encounter any issues, their chat support is impressively quick, and problems are always resolved promptly. Recently, Oualid assisted me with a specific issue and provided a solution within minutes.

Love all of the features of the app and the great support! Super helpful developers who always answer promptly and will customize quickly when needed. Really looking forward to getting a two way facebook integration to see FB reviews in shopify without having to import.

I am still waiting for a solution to the manual review request issue not allowing me to select a date of purchase to submit a review request to my customers.

I received instructions to send request which I have been doing for years vs a solution for the date holding up the request from being submitted. I explained again in a second email with no response.

The problem has been resolved that will allow me to send manual review requests to my customers. Thanks Judge Me for working to ensure that I can send reviews to customers that make purchases on my pos.

I have had a very good experience with this app so far. Especially customer support. They are prompt and make solving any issues or answering any questions sooo easy. I've used it for several years and will continue to do so.
