I’m new to using Judge.me, and I’m still learning my way around. I had an issue late at night and sent a message around 11:30 PM EST. To my surprise, I received a response within minutes, and my problem was quickly resolved. I’m extremely pleased with the fast turnaround time and the excellent support I received. It’s great to know I can count on such responsive and helpful customer service!
Judge.Me is great. When Shopify ended support for their core review app, we did extensive research to find a suitable replacement. I'm so glad we found Judge.Me!
