Iʻve been on judge me for a few years. Getting set up was very easy. I hadnt logged in for awhile and I was blown away at how many reviews I had collected. When I was logged in the chat box opened up and a judge me representative named Han asked me if I needed any help. I was surprised and explained I was just looking around and exploring my reviews. I asked if I could set up a time to meet with someone to learn about the app. She said she could help me now if I wanted. Again.... she reached out to me! I was blown away. Han did a quick audit of my site and made sure the code was installed correctly. She fixed some little errors with my template. It was so fast and so easy. Amazing customer service. I am very satisfied with judge.me

I'm new to this application but will say this about their support. THEY ARE BOTH HELPFUL AND EXSPEEDIENT. I was greeted quickly, was asked about what widgets I wanted, I asked back to explain them to me and was able to see a list of them all with their pricing and propose listed as well as having Pictures of how their products will look. Then I could make my own decision, and my wanted widgets were installed in the blink of an eye. With this type of service for free, I look forward to upgrading when I am ready. Yes, I highly Recommend
