Recently, I had the opportunity to contact the support team for the Judge.me Review plugin, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. My issue was related to configuring the display of reviews on the product page. Although I initially thought it would take a lot of time, the support team responded immediately.
What I particularly appreciated was how easy and clear the communication was, without unnecessary technical jargon.
