The setup was straightforward, and the platform is very easy to use! It would be awesome to have a 'delete' option for reviews, especially for practice ones created to see how they appear on the site. Right now, you can only hide reviews, which can make the folder a little cluttered with both published and hidden reviews. When sending review requests manually, they have to be sent individually, though clients who check out from the site receive all reviews in one email. It would be great if I could send multiple reviews in a single email to customers who made in-person purchases.

I don't like how you have to add code yourself to add the widgets, but the customer service team was very responsive and was able to help install the widgets for me. Just getting started but so far so good!

It is good! Learning the app slowly - it provides ability to customize. I do need a bit of hand holding but the support is awesome and they are great to work with. Very responsive and also helpful.
