Judge.me Product Reviews App

I had a bit of trouble integrating my Etsy reviews and Ron helped me to import them and went over and above to make sure my stars were showing for each product and they were on brand for my company. He even formatted my emails so they're on brand without me prompting him, he just offered. It was so helpful, and I am so excited to have my hard work displayed so nicely on my website!

Honestly, my theme was more vintage so I had difficulty plugging the reviews in. That was until I saw a support message from Abraão asking if I needed help installing it. He showed me how to give him collaborative access to my store and helped me install everything swiftly.

Judge.me has 24/7 support. Reviews are essential and anyone new to the Shopify game should use these services. I have 23 reviews added to my store for free, and I'm going premium soon.

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Haven't used the app long enough yet. However, customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and responsive. Amazing!!

Disappointment for the app so far: I tried uploading a review with a photo (test purpose), but if the image size exceeds 10MB, the review posts without the picture. There's no error message or alert, so it seems like the photo was uploaded when it actually wasn't. It would be helpful if the system prevented the review from being submitted if the photo doesn't meet the size requirements.
