Couldn't instal the app on my own, but Soufiane, who provided online support, assisted and got it installed quite quickly.

I've used Shopify reviews for years; I recently got a notice that it was going away and I had to find a new app. After much research I landed on Judge.me, I can only speak to the customer service so far, but it has been outstanding. I used the Chat and the gentleman I was working with went above and beyond to help me smoothly integrate the new app into my website. He even helped add in all of my old reviews for me.
