Good free plan when starting and great customer service.

Excellent customer service! Helped me make changes instantly when requested.

I had a quick doubt with a Section within the Referrals page, and Igor was kind enough to provide me with the page of instructions showing me how to set everything up and was also very helpful in clarifying any doubt that may have come after reading the instructions sent. It's not the first time I've had a doubt or trouble working with the Judge.me app, and I have to say that every time I've had to write a message, I've always received a quick response and solution with great, helpful, and kind service. I'm very satisfied.

I like the advanced features in the paid plan such as the All Reviews Page which helps customers find the right product.

Great support with clear instructions

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.
